Brief to the Ontario Government on Necessary Revisions to the 2007 Customer Service Accessibility Standard

ARCH Disability Law Centre and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Alliance have collaborated to produce this brief on the proposed amendments to the Customer Service Standard under the AODA.  We provided concrete and readily achievable goals that the government could implement at low or no cost.

We want to thank all those who sent their suggestions to us.  We incorporated as much as we could.  Even if it is not in this brief, your suggestions may find their way into a longer brief about future changes that should be made to make Ontario more accessible.
