Capacity Rights and Substitute Decision Making

This video produced by the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario together with ARCH Disability Law Centre provides information on decision making rights and how to ensure your wishes are respected should you experience a period of incapacity (or inability to make particular decisions). The video provides information on creating Powers of Attorney and outlines how a WRAP plans can help with this process.
