Enforcing the Rights of People with Disabilities in Ontario's Developmental Services System

November 16, 2010

This paper was commissioned by the Law Commission of Ontario as part of its project on the Law As It Affects Persons with Disabilities.  The paper discusses the need for laws to include rights for people who receive developmental services and supports.  It also discusses ways that these rights could be enforced, based on principles of a human rights approach.  A plain language version will be available soon.
