ARCH Lawyer provides guest lecture in York University’s “Politics Law and the Constitution in Modern Canada”

ARCH Lawyer, Laurie Letheren, provides guest lecture in York University’s “Politics Law and the Constitution in Modern Canada”. The topic of discussion was the Tanudjaja v. Attorney Generals of Ontario and Canada, The Right to Housing Case”.  The discussion highlighted the numerous barriers that equity seeking groups experience in attempts to advance their rights under Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
