ARCH Disability Law Centre's Oral Submission to Select Committee on Developmental Services

Kerri Joffe, staff lawyer at ARCH, and Tebasum Durrani and Maija-lisa Robinson who are Osgoode Hall law students made an oral presentation to the Select Committee on Developmental Services. This is a committee of the Ontario Legislature that is reviewing the way services are currently delivered to people who have been labelled with an intellectual disability. The Committee is to make recommendations for a comprehensive strategy for improved delivery of these services. To learn more about this Committee click here
