New student-led clinic for students with disabilities
Not Allowed to Attend School because of your Disability?
Are you a student with a disability and told you cannot go to school or told to stay home because of your disability?
Are you a parent/guardian and your child with a disability is excluded from school? Were you told your child with a disability cannot attend school? Has the school asked you to pick up your child during school hours because of your child’s disability-related behavior?
If yes to any of these questions, you may need legal advice. You can contact ARCH Disability Law Centre for free, confidential legal advice. ARCH recently started a law student-led clinic. Under the direct supervision of ARCH lawyers, Osgoode Hall Law School students placed in the Disability Law Intensive program at ARCH provide eligible clients with legal assistance to appeal decisions to exclude students with a disability from school. Contact us for more information about eligibility and our legal services.
