ARCH’s Submission to the Senate on Bill C-7 – Medical Assistance in Dying

The Senate is hearing testimony about Bill C-7, a proposed law that would expand eligibility for medical assistance in dying to people with grievous and irremediable medical conditions whose death is not reasonably foreseeable.
