Canadian Human Rights Commission issues statement on MAiD

Feb 23, 2024: As Parliament decides whether to expand MAiD to people with a “mental disorder”, the Canadian Human Rights Commission reaffirms its deep concern that people with disabilities are receiving MAiD because they cannot access the basic supports and services they need to live with dignity.
