Paper – Considerations for Effective Implementation and Enforcement of the Proposed Federal Accessibility Legislation, 2017

In 2016, the Government of Canada announced its intention to develop and introduce federal accessibility legislation. ARCH is engaged in the Government’s process of consulting with Canadians as it develops the new accessibility legislation and in this paper proposes considerations for its effective implementation and enforcement.
